Software Engineer Türkiye

I build independent, human-centered systems — from the interface someone actually touches, down to the Linux server, database and mail stack running underneath it.

About

Engineering that holds up after launch day.

I'm a software engineer with more than four years of experience, and a Computer Engineering background. Most of my work sits in the same place: a product that has to be built, and the infrastructure it has to survive on.

That means I'm equally at home writing a React dashboard, modelling a PostgreSQL schema, hardening a Debian box behind a firewall, or getting a mail server to pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC so messages stop landing in spam. I've also spent time further down the stack — C and C++ on VoIP signalling and media, socket programming, and industrial protocols on autonomous vehicles — which is where I learned to read a packet capture instead of guessing.

What I care about is independence: systems the people who own them can actually run, understand and afford. I'd rather ship something small that a team can operate than something clever nobody can maintain.

What I Do

Four things I get asked for.

Most projects need more than one of these at once — which is usually why I end up on them.

Product Engineering

End-to-end web applications — React and Vue front-ends on Node.js, Express and NestJS services, backed by PostgreSQL or MongoDB. I design the data model, build the API, and ship the interface people actually use.

  • React
  • Vue
  • Node.js
  • NestJS
  • TypeScript
  • PostgreSQL

Cloud & Infrastructure

The part most people would rather not own. Linux servers, Docker, firewalls and CI on GCP, AWS and Azure — plus Mailcow mail servers with SMTP relay and deliverability tuning, so mail actually lands in the inbox.

  • Google Cloud
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Docker
  • Linux
  • Mailcow

Systems & Protocols

Lower down the stack: C and C++ work on VoIP media and signalling, socket programming, and industrial protocols for autonomous vehicles. Comfortable in gdb when the abstraction leaks.

  • C / C++
  • SIP
  • RTP
  • TCP/UDP
  • TLS
  • Modbus

Access & Automation

Multi-tier IAM and access-control design — role hierarchies, permission policies, and the business-process automation around them. Translating what a business needs into something secure that engineers can build.

  • IAM
  • Access Control
  • RBAC
  • Automation
  • Agile

Selected Work

Projects I've designed and built.

A platform that replaced a company's manual operation, an API over NASA's climate data, and a transaction engine that handles money splitting.

TusInspire

Educational consulting platform

2025

A full consulting platform for a medical-exam education company, replacing a manual, spreadsheet-driven operation. Custom dashboards for both admins and students, progress tracking, in-app messaging and digital contract signing — automating roughly 70% of the client's core business processes.

  • Separate admin and student dashboards
  • Student progress tracking and messaging
  • Digital contract signing flow
  • ~70% of core processes automated
  • React
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Google Cloud

AetherLink

Space & climate data API

2026

A Node.js API over NASA's POWER dataset that serves real historical weather measurements for past dates and derives forecasts for future ones from historical averages. Aggregates NASA DONKI, NOAA SWPC, OpenAQ, EPIC and APOD alongside it, with bulk multi-location queries, JSON and CSV output, rate limiting and a full OpenAPI spec.

  • Historical measurements plus derived predictions
  • Temperature, humidity, wind, pressure, radiation, precipitation
  • Bulk location/date requests in a single call
  • Swagger/OpenAPI 3.0 docs, Jest test suite
  • Node.js
  • Express
  • NASA POWER API
  • Swagger
  • Jest

Real Estate Transaction API

Transaction & commission engine

2026

A NestJS backend managing the full lifecycle of a property deal — agreement, earnest money, title deed, completion — as a strictly sequential state machine. Handles automated commission splits across single-agent, dual-agent and pro-rata multi-contributor scenarios, with JWT role-based access for admins, consultants and external API clients.

  • Sequential transaction state machine
  • Automated pro-rata commission distribution
  • JWT role-based access + external API clients
  • Admin dashboard for payouts and monitoring
  • NestJS
  • TypeScript
  • MongoDB
  • Mongoose
  • JWT
  • Vue
